I believe that regular Relaxation/ Stress/Injury/ Therapeutic/ Deep Tissue Massage Therapy can make a huge difference to your health and wellbeing. Massage Therapy has been widely used for thousands of years,throughout China, India and Europe. Massage Therapy was used in England as part of mainstream medicine for orthopaedic rehabilitation in the early twentieth century. Massage therapy continues to be a beneficial treatment and more and more people believe that regular massage maintenance improves their quality of life, especially during times of injury, emotional upset and stress.



Massage is one of the oldest stress relieving techniques and remains one of the most effective.Massage relieves muscle tension and medical trials show that it reduces the stress hormone cortisol and promotes a feeling of well-being, calmness and relaxation.


I use Massage Therapy as a Complementary Therapy to be used along side orthodox medicine. Massage Therapy can be used to benefit and manage many health conditions and is very helpful for Stress and emotional upsets which are very common in our very demanding and stressful lives.

I am based in Timberland near Woodhall Spa which is within easy reach of LINCOLN,DUNSTON,WADDINGTON,RUSKINGTON,HECKINGTON,BILLINGHAY,METHERINGHAM,SCOPWICK, HORNCASTLE, STIXWOLD, DIGBY, NORTH KYME, SOUTH KYME, COLEBY, WALCOTT SLEAFORD, BRANSTON,CONNINGSBY, NAVENBY,TATTERSHALL, MARTIN AND WOODHALL SPA .


My purpose built treatment room enables me to offer an holistic approach to your individual needs and requirements. Each treatment plan is tailor made and is used in a professional,empathetic and caring way. I ensure that plenty of time is allowed between clients, so there is no need to be or feel rushed.


The first appointment will include an in depth consultation, to establish your medical history and current situation. This will generally take between 20-30 minutes, this will then be followed by the appropriate treatment.


During my Massage treatments I only use Organic essential Aromatherapy oils.
